Jacqui vs. Laila

On March 8, 1971, Joe Frazier scored a unanimous, 15-round decision over Muhammad Ali in what many believe to be the most eagerly anticipated boxing event of the 20th century. Certainly it was among the best.

On Friday, June 8, 2001 Frazier and Ali went at it again, but this time it was woman vs. woman. Laila Ali (26 years old. 10-0 with 8 knockouts) won a decision over 39 year old Jacquelyn Frazier-Lyde (7-1 with 7 knockouts). No plans for a re-match as yet.
